An overboarding chute, is a piece of equipment used to route flexible pipes and other equipment for subsea installation in the offshore oil and gas industry.

The structural integrity analysis of a newly designed chute was performed based on linear elastic FE simulation.

4000m Telemetry Bottle

Subsea telemetry bottles are rugged, pressure-resistant enclosures designed to house electronics and sensors for transmitting data from underwater environments to surface equipment, crucial for monitoring and controlling subsea operations.

An existing telemetry bottle was analysed based on ASME Division VIII Section-2 for a lower material grade to check for local and global strength criteria.

New generation Skid Adapter

Subsea ROV skids are modular attachments designed to enhance remotely operated vehicle (ROV) capabilities by carrying specialized tools, sensors, or payloads for tasks like subsea inspection, intervention, and sampling.

ROV Bullet Fixture

An ROV bullet fixture is a secure attachment point used to connect lifting and handling equipment to an ROV for safe deployment, retrieval, and stability during subsea operations.

FFS Assessment-Methanol Storage Drum

A level-3 FFS assessment of a Methanol Storage Drum was done based on API-579.

Linear Valve Overrride Tool

A subsea linear valve override tool is a specialized ROV-operated device designed to manually open or close subsea linear valves when regular actuation methods are unavailable, ensuring reliable control during emergency or maintenance operations. A 'LVOT' tool was designed and analysed for subsea pneumatic actuation.
